For those of you who aren’t sure, Barry’s Bootcamp is a high-intensity (extremely high) workout that can burn up to 1,000 calories in just one class – yes that’s correct, 1,000 calories.

How many times a week should you do Barry’s Bootcamp?

How often should I go? We recommend 4 classes per week as an optimal number, with 3 classes per week at a minimum if you’re hoping to see visible results. But, as always, listen to your body — if your muscles are very sore, give them time to recover.

How much does it cost to run Barry’s Bootcamp?

There’s 25 minutes of cardio on the treadmill and 25 minutes of strength on the floor. But there is a double floor option — you can do strength training for a full 50 minutes if you want to.

It’s like if you ate right once a week and you didn’t get results. You should eat right six days a week and cheat once a week. So if you come at least three times, you will start feeling like your running is better, your lifting is better and you’re keeping up easier.

Barry’s clients see results fast. If you are going 3-5 times a week, you should start to see & feel a change in your body in 2 weeks. The workouts are held in a large, dark room with red lighting. As many as 50 people can take a single class at a time, and with people swapping stations throughout the workout, that’s going to take some coordination.
