TrainingPeaks is the winner for analysis capabilities, although the free version is a little limited, the paid version is very capable in both single workout analysis and longer term reviews and planning. TrainingPeaks beats Strava as a planning tool and if you want to work with training plans.

Can you use TrainingPeaks for free?

To share an athlete Open your athlete library by clicking on this icon to the left of your calendar. Click on the athlete that you would like to share. Click on the share icon (as show below). Type in the email of the coach that you would like to share this athlete’s account with and ‘Submit’ (as shown below).

How high should fatigue be on TrainingPeaks?

Friel also recommends that during training phase keeping your form between -10 and -30 is also ideal. Going below -30 may indicate injury risk. Above 25, you’re losing fitness.
